How we support you

One-to-one sessions with a Health Coach

We offer 6 sessions of up to 30 minutes and an initial consultation with a Heath Coach delivered over a maximum of 12 weeks to provide support at every step of your quit attempt.

Your Health Coach will work with you to create your personalised quit plan involving the latest evidenced-based behavioural change approaches. They will also help you to make informed choices about using nicotine replacement products or vapes to help you stop smoking and improve your health.

You can choose whether you would like your sessions in person, by video call or by telephone call.
